The Jersey Coast Chapter is hosting "Client Casework Course"

The Jersey Coast Chapter is hosting "Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance" course on Nov. 5th at 4:30pm here at the chapter. In this course you will learn about the role of a client services worker in a disaster setting. You will also learn the skills and tools needed to conduct an effective client interview and meet the clients immediate disaster-caused needs. The Red Cross is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in the recovery process and we encourage all of our volunteers to take this course.

Immediately following will be our Rapid Response Volunteer (RRV) course for those interested in responding to local disasters within Monmouth and Ocean Counties. This program is organized to place a disater services Red Cross volunteer at the scene of a disaster within minutes of notiifcation to quickly assess, if any, Red Cross client services are needed.

For those of you interested in registering for either of these courses, please email me at robynp@jerseycoast-redcross.org. Thank you again for your support and dedication. We look forward to hearing from you!
